Setting up your shop profile

Add your shop name, logo, and contact details.

Your shop profile controls the name, logo, and contact information that appear on job tickets and in customer notifications. Getting this right before your first job means everything looks professional from day one.

Where to find it

Go to Settings → Shop profile from the main navigation.

What you can set

Shop name The name printed on every job ticket and used in SMS and email notifications sent to customers. Use the name your customers recognise.

Logo Upload a PNG or JPG. Your logo appears on printed job tickets. Recommended size is at least 300 × 100 px. If you don’t have a logo yet, Workbench will use your shop name as text.

Phone number Displayed on job tickets as the contact number for customers to reach you. Not used for sending notifications — that goes through Workbench’s messaging system.

Address Your shop’s physical address, printed at the bottom of job tickets.

Language preference Sets the default language for customer notifications — English or French. Individual customers can have their own preference set on their profile, which overrides this default.

Saving your changes

Changes save automatically as you update each field. There’s no save button to click.

Next step: Log your first job to see how intake works end to end.
