ITS US STUDIO
Built by people who care about making great products.
Workbench started with a frustration we watched up close. A stressed out family running a jewellery and watch repair business. We saw firsthand how much manual effort went into something that could be made simple. Tracking a job, updating a customer, and keeping technicians in sync were all done manually with binders, spreadsheets, group chats, sticky notes. It worked, until it didn't and we built Workbench to help fix that.
How we operate
01
Proudly independent
No investors, no board, no pressure to grow at any cost. We're self-funded and supported entirely by subscription fees. That means our only obligation is to the people using the product and not to any other outside motivations.
02
Customers before metrics
We're not trying to build a rocketship that allows us to sell to the highest bidder. Our goal is to build a wonderful tool that people actually want to use, within a business that lasts as long as possible. Because your subscription funds our work, your satisfaction is what keeps the lights on.
03
Small team. Fast execution.
Two people means fewer meetings and more shipping. We move quickly, we fix things fast, and you're never more than one message away from the person who actually built it.
04
Simplicity is the feature
We start every feature decision with one question: does this make the product easier to use? If the answer is no, it doesn't ship. We don't want to create a product that requires multiple webinars to understand.
We hope you find Workbench to be a refreshingly simple yet powerful tool that makes running your repair business a little easier. And if not, please tell us how we can make it better.
