Good news wherever you are.
An instant ~30% advantage.
Because Workbench is priced in Canadian dollars, US customers pay the equivalent of roughly $29 USD/mo on the monthly plan — and $296 USD/year on annual. No negotiating, no special pricing. The exchange rate does it automatically.

Stable pricing. No surprises.
Your subscription is billed in the same currency your business runs in. You'll never open a billing statement and find a price hike caused by a shift in the exchange rate or the broader economy. What you see is what you pay. Always.

Common questions
Do I need to install anything?
Workbench is a cloud based tool. This means all you need is an internet connection and a browser to access the software. Nothing to download or install.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no penalties. If you’re on a monthly plan, you can cancel before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again. If you’re on an annual plan, your access continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
What happens when my free trial ends?
We’ll remind you before your trial is up. At that point you choose a plan and add a payment method. Nothing is charged automatically during the trial. If you decide Workbench isn’t for you, just let it lapse and your account will be automatically deleted.
Can I switch from monthly to annual later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade to annual at any time from your account settings. We’ll credit the remaining days on your current monthly period toward the annual price.
Is there a setup fee or any hidden costs?
No setup fees, no per-seat charges, no add-on costs. The price you see is everything.
Do you offer refunds?
If you’re unhappy within the first 30 days of a paid plan, contact us and we’ll make it right.
How many team members can I add?
Unlimited. Whether you have one technician or ten, the price stays the same.
Can I bring in my existing job and customer data?
Yes. If you’re moving from spreadsheets, another system, we’ll do our best to help you migrate.
Is my business's and customers' data safe?
Your data is stored in an encrypted database. We back everything up daily. We will only ever access your account with your express permission and only during customer support interations. If you ever leave, we will help you export a full copy of your records. After which, everything will be deleted from our servers.
Is there a free plan?
There’s no permanent free plan, but every new account gets a full 30-day trial with no credit card required. You get access to every feature so you can make a real decision before giving us a dime.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data isn’t deleted immediately. After cancellation, your account enters a read-only grace period so you can export everything. We’ll notify you before any permanent deletion occurs. You’re never locked out of your own records without warning.
I have multiple shop locations. Does one subscription cover all of them?
Currently, each location operates as a separate Workbench account. If you’re running multiple locations reach out to us and we can figure out custom pricing that works best for you.
You are a small team. Are you guys able to handle our business?
We might be small but we are mighty. Workbench is not a fly-by-night AI coded project. One half of us cut their teeth managing the daily repair flow for a large jewelry brand; while the other worked for a certain prominent Canadian ecommerce company as a senior software engineer serving 3+ million global users.
